Recrear.beta successfully completed!

After three intensive weeks of workshops, seminars, our conferences on Ethics in Business and International Development, as well as all of the organizational activities we did during our personal time, Recrear.beta has finally come to an official close! Everything that we were able to accomplish during our time together has proven to be crucial in establishing a strong foundation among ourselves and with the other organizations that were represented during our program. Indeed, we were fortunate enough to be able to meet with representatives from organizations like Médecins Sans Frontières, Transparency International, Oxfam Deutschland, Deutsche Welthungerhilfe, the European School of Management and Technology, as well as many others. Hearing from each of these individuals was as much informative as it was inspiring, providing us with a step in the right direction and the proper tools to effectively organize and manage our group.

However, were it not for the generous donations of time and resources that each of these organizations and others provided, Recrear.beta would not have been the success that it was. So on behalf of all of those present, we would like to especially thank, among others, the BMW Stiftung Herbert Quandt for generously hosting our two conferences at their building in Berlin, and the Hotel 4 Youth for hosting our daily workshops and seminars, as well as providing all of us with lodging for our three weeks in Berlin. It was truly a wonderful experience for the participants, and would not have been possible without the support and contributions of all those involved. Thank you!

Recrear is proud to announce Glocalist to become media-partner of Recrear.beta and its upcoming conference on Conference on Sustainability, Effectiveness, and Efficiency in International Development, to be held on August 10th at the BMW Stiftung Herbert Quandt in Berlin.

Christian Neugebauer, editor of the monthly print magazine for Sustainability and the only weekly E-Journal for Sustainability in Europe will join the event as moderator of the panel discussion.

Both, the magazine as well as the E-Journal are published in German and English. Till now, approximately 2.500 authors wrote for Glocalist Media with more than 7.000 news and articles been published. Glocalist Media is dedicated to foster Sustainability and Human Rights. The company is capital-based and runs the business according to principles of Social Business.
